Grilled Lemon Herb Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • Fresh herbs (such as dill, thyme, or rosemary)
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a few lemon slices and fresh herbs on top of each fillet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Serve hot with additional lemon slices and fresh herbs.
