Berry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Granola
  • Honey (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a glass or a bowl, start layering with a spoonful of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers until the glass or bowl is filled, ending with a layer of berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
  5. Drizzle with honey, if desired, for added sweetness.
  6. Serve immediately as a delicious and nutritious breakfast or snack.
